Helping people of all ages move from surviving to thriving through personalized naturopathic care focused on prevention, longevity, and healthy aging.

Dr. Laura Hoffmann, ND uses an evidence-based approach to help patients reduce pain, manage hormones, and optimize the pillars of health. She has advanced training in HRT and is passionate about healthy aging and metabolic health.

## Bio

Dr. Laura Hoffmann, ND helps people become informed about their short and long-term health risks and puts a plan in place for prevention, longevity, and healthy aging — allowing you to move from surviving to thriving. She has a passion for helping people of all ages feel their best and achieve their personal health goals.

As a naturopath, Dr. Laura uses an evidence-based approach, looking at lab work to understand and create unique, personalized treatment plans. She utilizes treatments such as hormone replacement therapy, vitamin B12 injections, acupuncture, and more to help her patients live their healthiest lives.

Born and raised in Stratford, Dr. Laura completed her Honours Bachelor of Science with a double major in Medical Sciences and Italian Language and Culture. She now lives in Kitchener with her husband and 2 young boys. It is truly an honour to support patients on their path to wellness and serve the Region of Waterloo community.
