Waterloo naturopathic doctor Dr. Kristin Spark, ND, BSc., MSCP helps you go from feeling bloated, burnt out and blah, to energized and thriving, so that you can live a life full of joy and purpose.

She enjoys working with motivated women through times of hormonal transitions, such as pregnancy and post-partum, peri-menopause and menopause. Dr. Kristin has a passion for treating digestive conditions and hormonal health concerns.

She believes in providing evidence-informed naturopathic medical care, focused on finding root causes of conditions. She uses objective assessments like blood tests, standardized scales, and functional medicine testing to develop a strategic treatment plan specific to your unique needs.

Dr. Kristin is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP), making her an expert in guiding women through the menopause transition, from peri-menopause to post-menopause. She also has additional training in sports nutrition, dry needling, cosmetic facial rejuvenation acupuncture, gut health, and HRT, and is qualified to offer hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and vitamin injections.

She is a licensed member in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario.

Outside the Clinic

Kristin is a mom of two, a wife, and a fur-mama. She loves cycling, hiking, yoga, skiing, gardening, backcountry camping, sailing on Georgian Bay, and exploring nature trails with her family.
